All gyms offer typical personal training experiences: weights, cardio, abs, and stretching. Our personal training offers this type of training, and a whole lot MORE. We build your training program around YOU. If you want to train for fitness we will combine kettlebells, ropes, tires, and interval training to give you the best workout in the least amount of time. Additionally, we do REAL boxing and kickboxing mitt work (not just someone holding for the 1-2). This combination of training is what MMA fighters use to get in the best shape of any professional athlete, and it will work for the average person just as well.
