Not to be confused with an “aerobics” class, our cardio kickboxing class is centered on punching, kicking, kneeing, and elbowing the heavy bag. There is also an emphasis on bodyweight exercises to improve mobility and strengthen core muscles.
Drills are changed often to keep members engaged and our system is appropriate for seasoned athletes as well as for someone that has not trained in years (or their life).
